Shipping Information

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days of purchase.
During busy periods such as Christmas/Bonfire Night or promotional campaigns, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • UK orders: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International orders: 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Please note that customs checks or courier delays may occasionally extend these timelines.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you (and your pet) to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at adam-i@email.com.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide full return instructions and confirm your refund or exchange.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a brief description (with photos if possible) so we can resolve the issue quickly.
